Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Age Verification: We take the enforcement of the21+ minimum age requirement seriously. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all winings forfeited, and any deposits returned where technically feasible. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. nsk8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

The Platform accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT).
The minimum deposit amount is RM50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger enhanced KYC verification procedures. Deposits are reflected in your Account balance in real time once confirmed by the payment processor.

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the nsk8 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, source code, graphics, text, game interfaces, and database structures — are the exclusive property of nsk8 or its respective licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from nsk8.
nsk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice if, in our reasonable judgment, the Member has:
In the event of termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), nsk8 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account, including any pending withdrawals. Where an Account is closed at the Member's own request for reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
nsk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing Members via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the use of the nsk8 Platform, shall be subject to the jurisdiction and governing law as specified by the Company's operating entity. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or promotional entitlement, Members are required to first contact nsk8 Customer Support via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
